“After I saw this Marks Marks Demo Reel (1981) I simply had to try my hand at scoring it with some of my own synth music. My song happened to be twice as long as the original video, so I reversed the video at the end for some surprisingly well synced audio/video cues.”

During experiments on the axons of the Woods Hole squid (loligo pealei), we tested our cockroach leg stimulus protocol (an iPod) on the squid’s chromatophores. The results were both interesting and beautiful.Â
