That guy’s just a nerd…and I kinda like him. The guy I ran into at gamestop the other day is the obnoxious, socially-inept ignorant version of videogame stereotype—much worse. I watched this fucking schmuck, with nothing better to do than bother his friend who works there, get into a heated argument with a grandma, going so far as to call her names, all because she asked him not to bother his friend while he was performing transactions (because, she said, he ‘might mess something up’…which he did).
It made me embarrased that i could possibly be grouped in the same category as this kid as ‘gamers’. When I prodded him about picking on an old lady he brought up the first ammendment…I’m not sure GW and friends had calling old grandmothers a bitch in mind when they wrote that one.
